Alterna’TV: We added the channels FIBA Américas TV and Euronews to our portfolio

In the framework of the Convergencia MX 2016 Expo, Alterna’TV announced the creation of the signal FIBA Américas TV, that will be focused on delivering the best in basketball in the continent. Additionally, they will start representing the channel Euronews, in the aim to increase its distribution in Latin America. “FIBA Américas TV is a channel dedicated to basketball, owned by the FIBA organization and made up of five confederations, one of which is America, in charge of what is happening in the sport in this continent, from Argentina to the north of Canada,” explained Roberto Pérez, general manager of Alterna’TV.Another announcement they made was the addition to their portfolio of the channel Euronews, “who approached us to increase their distribution, as well as to highlight their new brand, which adopted new formats and ways of connecting with their clients through platforms such as VOD and live stream, which they aim to monetize” added PérezBoth signals are now part of the portfolio, in which the signal PXTV, focused on extreme sports and which already produces in Los Angeles, “and is starting to do the same in Colombia and soon in Argentina”.
